App integrations via Shopify Flow

OMNI Loyalty integrates with a number of Shopify apps using Shopify Flow. You can install our Shopify Flow templates from the template library to enable these integrations.

This article details the selection of apps that we have official integration Shopify Flow templates you can use and things to note for each integration.

Integrations with apps via Shopify Flow requires your store to have a subscription of Grow plan or above on OMNI Loyalty

Pre-requisites

  • You are subscribed to the "Grow plan" or above in OMNI Loyalty

  • You have Shopify Flow triggers / actions enabled in your integration settings within: Program > Integration > Shopify Flow

  • You might also need to be subscribed on specific plans in the apps you want to integrate with Shopify Flow functionality enabled


Judge.me

What the integration does

Add points or issue rewards to customers when a new review is received on Judge.me

Additional requirements

  • You need an active subscription with an Shopify Flow integration and have Shopify Flow enabled in the integration settings in Judge.me

Setting up the reward flow

After you have installed our Shopify Flow template, you should do the following to complete the setup:

  • Modify the Add points action - if you would like to add points

    • Points to add - the amount of points to add for each review

    • (optional) Action description - If you want to display an alternative message for this point transaction on your customer's point history interface

    • (optional) Unique token - You may want to use the order ID variable if you want to prevent giving out points for the review of the same order to the same customer via Shopify Flow. Normally this is already prevented by the review app so this is an optional step.

  • Modify the grant reward action - If you would like to grant rewards

    • Reward ID - Fill in the reward ID of the auto reward you created in OMNI Loyalty. The ID can be found when you click into the individual auto reward in OMNI Loyalty's reward admin

    • (optional) Unique token - You may want to use the order ID variable if you want to prevent giving out rewards for the review of the same order to the same customer via Shopify Flow. Normally this is already prevented by the review app so this is an optional step.

Optional modifications

You can also consider making these common modifications:

  • Add additional conditions/ branches to restrict what kind of reviews can trigger the points or reward or give out different points/rewards

  • Add additional Grant reward actions if you want to offer more than 1 reward for a single review.


Loox

What the integration does

Add points or issue rewards to customers when a new review is received on Loox

Additional requirements

  • Add additional conditions/ branches to restrict what kind of reviews can trigger the points or reward or give out different points/rewards, such as:

    • Rewarding more points if a review has a photo - photoURL is not empty and exists

  • Add additional Grant reward actions if you want to offer more than 1 reward for a single review.


Quizkit

What the integration does

Add points or issue rewards to customers when a quiz is completed on Quizkit

Additional requirements

  • You need an active subscription with an Shopify Flow integration and have Shopify Flow enabled in the integration settings in Quizkit

  • Your Quizkit quiz should include customer email as a required field

Setting up the reward flow

After you have installed our Shopify Flow template, you should do the following to complete the setup:

  • Modify the Add points action - if you would like to add points

    • Points to add - the amount of points to add for each quiz submssion

    • (optional) Action description - If you want to display an alternative message for this point transaction on your customer's point history interface

    • (optional) Unique token - You may want to use the quizID variable if you want to prevent giving out points for the submission of the same quiz to the same customer via Shopify Flow. Normally this is already prevented by the quiz app so this is an optional step.

  • Modify the grant reward action - If you would like to grant rewards

    • Reward ID - Fill in the reward ID of the auto reward you created in OMNI Loyalty. The ID can be found when you click into the individual auto reward in OMNI Loyalty's reward admin

    • (optional) Unique token - You may want to use the quizID variable if you want to prevent giving out rewards for the review of the same order to the same customer via Shopify Flow. Normally this is already prevented by the review app so this is an optional step.

Optional modifications

You can also consider making these common modifications:

  • Add additional conditions/ branches to restrict what kind of reviews can trigger the points or reward or give out different points/rewards

    • Only reward submission for specific quizzes - Use quizID or quizName equals a specific value

    • Issue different reward/points for different results - Use resultID or resultTitle to distinguish which quiz result they received and connect it with corresponding add points/grant reward actions from OMNI Loyalty

  • Add additional Grant reward actions if you want to offer more than 1 reward for a single review.


Zigpoll

What the integration does

Add points or issue rewards to customers when a survey with email capture is completed on Quizkit

Additional requirements

  • You need an active subscription with an Shopify Flow integration and have Shopify Flow enabled in the integration settings in Zigpoll

  • Your Zigpoll survey should include customer email as a required field

Setting up the reward flow

After you have installed our Shopify Flow template, you should do the following to complete the setup:

  • Modify the Add points action - if you would like to add points

    • Points to add - the amount of points to add for each survey submssion

    • (optional) Action description - If you want to display an alternative message for this point transaction on your customer's point history interface

    • (optional) Unique token - You may want to use the survey ID variable if you want to prevent giving out points for the submission of the same quiz to the same customer via Shopify Flow. Normally this is already prevented by the quiz app so this is an optional step.

  • Modify the grant reward action - If you would like to grant rewards

    • Reward ID - Fill in the reward ID of the auto reward you created in OMNI Loyalty. The ID can be found when you click into the individual auto reward in OMNI Loyalty's reward admin
