Loyalty program customer account extension

To enable the primary storefront display for customer accounts, you need to set up the loyalty program customer account extension in your account editor. The extension enables the loyalty program's user interfaces on your customer account page.

Setup

To set up, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the set up instruction page in the OMNI Loyalty admin by going to Program > Display > Setup primary storefront display > Set up

  2. Select the customer account configuration you'd like to set up the customer account extension in and click Setup.

  3. On the left, under the Apps tab, find OMNI Loyalty > Loyalty program and click the + button to add it to your customer account page

  4. Once added, you will be prompted on the top left to add the page to your account page navigation so customers can access the loyalty program page from their customer accounts page

  5. Click save
