Other than offering points earning and reward redemptions, you can set up ongoing perks for your loyal customers on the Member benefits page.
OMNI currently supports the following member benefit options:

Generic tier benefits
You can set up generic benefits for members based on their current tier and when they enter a new tier for the first time. These benefits include:
Benefits for being in a specific tier
Always-on discount - For every tier, set up an always-on automatic discount to give a percentage off discount to a specified collection.
The discount will be automatically applied when the defined criteria is met and the customer does not need to enter any discount codes.
A universal discount combinations setting can be configured for this feature.
Tier discount code - For every tier, display a discount code on their loyalty interface, so customers can apply it themselves at checkout.
All discount codes created with Shopify's discount admin can be supported and displayed
Important note: always limit the discount code's eligibility to customers in that specific tier when setting it up

Benefits for entering a tier for the first time
When upgrading to a specific spending tier or entering a custom tier for the first time, the following benefits can be applied:
Tier entry bonus - Reward customers a specified amount of points
Tier entry reward (Coming soon) - Reward customers with a specified grantable reward
Birthday benefits
Offer the following benefits to members on their birthday month, depending on their current tier:
Birthday points - Automatically reward customers a fixed number of points on the first day of their birthday month
Birthday auto discount - Automatically applies a percentage off discount to a specified collection during their birthday month
When in conflict with the generic tier benefit's auto discount - the better discount will be applied
Birthday reward - Automatically reward customers a grantable reward on the first day of their birthday month
Birthday 2x/3x points campaign - Allow customers to earn points at a special points earning ratio during their birthday month
When a standard 2x/3x points campaign is active, the birthday campaign ratio will be applied instead
Note
If you are enabling birthday rewards or birthday bonus points for the first time after your loyalty program is live, existing members who already provided their birth month and has their birth month in the current month will not receive these birthday benefits this year. (i.e., If you enable the said birthday benefits in June 2024, existing customers who already provided their birth months and who happens to have their birth month in June will not receive these birthday benefits in 2024).
However, if you want to issue the birthday reward or bonus points to them, you can
Create a customer segment within Shopify for existing customers with the birth month tag (WVBirthMonth_XX) for this month and
Run an one-time giveaway campaign to issue the points or reward to this customer segment
